nothing special

Nothing special going on here. We're glad to have Mike back this weekend even though he had a GREAT time w/ Mark in NYC last weekend. They went to a Yankee game and just had a great time in the city.

We're laying low this weekend and getting ready for our move. We're moving apartments next weekend. We're staying in the same building, but moving into a 3 bedroom. I'm hoping since it's right down the hall the move won't be too bad, but moving always stinks!!! Enough about that....here's some new pics.


Reading one of her favorite books on the futon. It's the only piece of furniture that she can climb up on by herself so she loves bring up stuffed animals and books up with her.

Fun times in the water!!!

In the past week, we've had lots of fun water activities in the last week. Last weekend we went over to the west coast of FL to Naples. We had heard great things about it, and it definitely lived up to the hype. It's a much more laid back scene than Miami and the beach was wonderful, warm water and white sand...perfect!! We'll definitely be going back before summer is over.

This is Sydney and her friend Reese at the Splash and Play at Pinecrest Gardens. It's a great place to go since it's getting so hot here! There are many different things spouting water, but Sydney just loves the fire hydrant.

Grandma visits and Sydney's first basket made!

My mom came for a short visit last weekend. She couldn't believe how much Sydney had changed in just 6wks since she saw her last. She's walking so much better now, pretty much running.

We couldn't quite get one w/o the thumb in the mouth.

Sydney has decided that she doesn't want me to feed her anymore. It's a great thing, except when tomato soup is on the menu!

She's also trying to climb up on everything. She's constantly trying to climb on top of the coffee table. Here she's decided to climb into one of her toy bins to get her piano.

This is Sydney's first official basket!!! We bought her the hoop for her birthday and finally put it up. She LOVES when Mike and I play. She laughs so hard that she can't stand up.

Just a happy girl.
